They had vehicle 5 days for rear main seal leakage and put me in rental. Two hours after p/u, the check engine light came on, ASW and traction light on and said, see dealership. The tech didn’t tighten everything. I took off work 3 hours and waited at dealership since 6:15am for them to open at 7:30. .I told my rep I needed to go to work but manager had to authorize rental. Unprofessional, shuttle forgot to pick me up after oil change. 4 hours later i got a ride up to the dealer where the service manager and shuttle driver used profanity in our conversation and laughed at the fact i was upset for them wasting 4 hours of my day. I also was missing 60$ that was inside my vehicles middle console in my jewelry box i always leave extra funds in there and im certain it was stolen. I highly do not recommend this dealer.

My husband and I purchased three cars within a year - two new and one used. We worked with Don Suber, and he was excellent. The sales process was smooth and efficient. No games! Even after the purchases were completed, Don offered to have us return to the dealership for a tutorial on the vehicles' features. We took him up on the offer. That's service! We also like the efficiency and professionalism of the Service Department. They text before appointments as a reminder and follow up to ensure everything is okay.

I brought my 4Runner in for service for a leak in the left axle. I told Service Advisor (Karl Knowles) to also check oil pan because I just had it replace by the Lube Center. I waited (4) hours then finally asked Karl for status. He gives me estimate amounting to $6,000. No work was performed! I had to keave my 4Runner there another day!

Kevon Brooks was THE BEST salesperson. He diligently worked to find a Toyota Highlander when it was the end of the season and inventory was low, PLUS, I wanted a certain color! The only criticism about any MD dealer I have, is that they (not just this one) can charge a $500 "processing fee, not mandated by law". No one can reasonably explain but "everybody charges it", which I don't find acceptable. Customers need to reject this unfair practice, maybe by starting in Annapolis.

So disappointing, I was really looking forward to my new Tacoma. when we sat down to talk price the number was 5500.00 dollars more than msrp, there was the 1995.00 dollar protection package that they sell to everybody, and the 3500.00 dollar adjusted market value. Of course I was told everything is negotiable. so they raise the price and whatever they can pick from your pocket over msrp is added profit. This is the worse place to buy a used vehicle. I bought my highlander on May 24, and I take a visit there every day for one o other repair which they knew but covered it up. I tried returning it within one week of purchase but was dribbled up and down. On june 30th my battery died on me at the gas station follwoing my service on the 29th. Can you imagine them selling a vehicle knowing fully well that the battery will not serve you more than one month?

I recently took my car in to have a door latched replace only to find that they damage the strip on the door and the door was misaligned. So when I took it back to them to have them fix the problem, they only replaced the strip on the door and not the misaligned door. This was after having my car for over two weeks. If they couldn't do the job, why not just say so at the beginning. This resulted in me never going back to their service department and never recommending anyone again.
