Kevon Brooks was THE BEST salesperson. He diligently worked to find a Toyota Highlander when it was the end of the season and inventory was low, PLUS, I wanted a certain color! The only criticism about any MD dealer I have, is that they (not just this one) can charge a $500 "processing fee, not mandated by law". No one can reasonably explain but "everybody charges it", which I don't find acceptable. Customers need to reject this unfair practice, maybe by starting in Annapolis.
We had a great experience with Bowie Service Manager Ed Lopez and Service Rep Britalia King. Our car was in need of major repairs, and they went above and beyond to help us resolve our situation. They called in expert mechanic Ryan to explain to us in detail what the problems were in terms that we could understand. Their courteousness and professionalism was beyond anything weāve experienced in the past. Weāll certainly continue to purchase Toyota products and services just as we have for the past 30 years.

Due to buying my previously leased vehicle bought in Va but transferring everything to Md, I had to spend several hours at this dealership. UPDATE 12/1/17: The day after the ordeal, the service technician called me to apologize for the error and admitted that he never quoted a price of $660 and that would have avoided any issues of misunderstandings. He put a credit on my account for $360 (which was all he was able to do). This was a stand-up action and went a long way. I just had my 2013 Corolla in for 40000 service check. German Alfaro ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I was concerned about a noise when driving.
