I ask for to clean my calipers and they did not clean my calipers do it to rotors need to be replace I only ask to clean my calipers not to change any part and they still charged me for repair customer have the right to ask what they want on there vehicle not because my rotors need to be replaced they locked to do what the customer ask not good

The sales rep, Harold Ramirez, was outstanding and I never felt haggled or misinformed the entire process. the salesman was not good He wouldn't return my calls/text. Ac wasn't working in vehicle, i call him he states oh it was working just fine when he drove it and give it 1-2 days. Karl was an excellent service personnel. He was friendly and explained items thoroughly. My complaints is the amount of time for the service to be completed and the cost (of course).

He is a busy advisor who many customers request for his experience, expertise and customer service. He makes it easy to use Toyota of Bowie Service Center.

Excellent customer service. Toyota had so many service advisors ready to take the line of cars when they opened. My car only took a few hours to be ready!

My experience with Antonio Funderburk was Stella . He provided great customer service. The cashier no because I wanted to apply my new Toyota credit card payment to my bill as the repair were unexpected and was told they couldn’t key in a new credit card number . I was pleasantly surprised at how easy communication was- it was extremely helpful to get texts/emails regarding the service of my vehicle. And then to be able to respond via text by clicking yes or no was amazing. I played phone tag with the technician who did call me but I was able to quickly see what the recommendations were and address it immediately for a timely return of my vehicle. I brought my new 4Runner in for its first oil change recently, and while the service itself seemed fine, I noticed a paint chip on the car after I got home. I take really good care of my car and keep it spotless, so this was frustrating to see.
From the location of the chip, it looks like it may have happened when the hood was opened—possibly while checking the wipers. On top of that, I found oil handprints on both the inside and outside of the car.

I had to call repeatedly the second day to find out if my car would be ready. No response. So I had to go to dealership only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until around 6. I had a 7pm appointment so I was five. A rental, another hassle.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience each time I come in to the dealership. The service advisor, Antonio is the ultimate advisor going through the details of what needs to be done to keep my vehicles running smoothly.

This dealership remains the top dealership in mind when it comes to servicing my vehicle.

I walked in to pick up my car and two employees were screaming at each other, cursing, in the middle of the maintenance bay. I asked another if the representative I had seen was available. "Shes not here today." Was the only response. I eventually found my way to the cashier, Paula, who spent half of her time speaking to me with her back turned, and the rest being aggressively rude, giving monosyllabic answers. It's not pleasant spending money at a place this unprofessional.

Friendliness, good communication and very comfortable waiting room. Fast delivery of the vehicle. Observation: Today, the technician forgot to reattach the engine air intake filter restriction sensor wire to the retainers. He also spilled engine oil on the fuse box and alternator.

Karl my service advisor needs a promotion. He’s kind, patient and delivers grandeur services. Especially our cashier on the 4-5 pm shift. I travel close one hour for this great service. Again, thank you.

Wait time is too long. I waited for 3hrs for an oil change that I made an appointment before coming in and was 15mins early

Dan Cookson was great, however, the mechanics need to improve in quality assurance checks and ensuring floor mats are replaced, the speedometer is returned to the original setting, and other settings.

I come to th8s dealership for oil changes. Not too bad. Service Center needs some improvement. Oil change appt should not take 4hrs. The Service reps may need more training on courtesy and a little more compassion for a customer's time. Also thoroughly learn vehicles and maintenance. They are very knowledgeable in their craft but some recommendations do not fit all vehicles.

2 hour wait for oil change. I asked if tire psi was check and imani said yes but it wasn't and all tires were low on air when i checked at home

We worked with Mr Sheikh, who was very polite and pleasant to do business with. He answered all of our questions and kindly accommodated us on two test drives. All of the paperwork was taken care of quickly and we were excited to drive away in our new car.
